Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing, slow-paced practice designed to support rest and renewal. In this class, we will settle into gentle, fully supported postures for several minutes at a time, using props to allow the body to completely soften and release.
As you rest in each shape, Paola will offer Reiki, a gentle energy healing practice that supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance, encourage deep relaxation, and cultivate inner peace.
Combined with the stillness of restorative yoga, Reiki helps to calm the nervous system, support emotional release, and nurture healing on all levels—mind, body, and spirit.
